Beautiful small property in the middle of the ”jungle”, not far from the beach, walking few minutes. Basic rooms and great service. What I liked: the enviroment, it is in the middle of green; the staff which was amazingly nice, welcoming and helpful; limited number of guests which make it a really quiet stay; the tank of water available in the room; the proximity to the main road and the location as I liked walking a bit to reach it in the middle of a village, anyway only 4 minutes on foot to reach the main road; the laundry service, fast and cheap; possibility to book tours and dine in from outside delivering restauramts. What I did not like: high chemicals in the pool; pillows and towels smelled not good; bed was a bit too hard for me; loudly mosque chanting prays at 5 am (I do not understand how other guests say that they can just get use to it, on Friday was particular loud),of course not a fault of hotel but they could setup better isolating doors and windows or some wood fence to mitigate it.

I stayed in room 410 for two nights. I didn't live enough. I stayed in room 407 again. Room 407 is a little more sea than 410. The door is out of the sea, the balcony is out of the pool, the pool bar and breakfast from the free afternoon tea. The restaurant is also very close. Staying at this hotel for more than 700 nights is really too cost-effective, and there are not many guests staying, very quiet. If you go to Lombok, you will definitely stay here. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone, but I am afraid that the Chinese will go up more. There is free afternoon tea at the pool bar from 3pm to 5pm, with coffee, water, bread, snacks and fruit. The hotel has room service, it is not expensive, per capita 50-100, after the meal is placed in the door of the room will be taken by the waiter.

Stayed here for two nights. There are some consequences for a tourist that are not dependent on the host and staff. This is a location in a tourist location with everyday music to 11.30 pm in a nearby bar. Usually we choose less tourist points, but this area was visited for the first time and did not know the features. Also next to two mosques, where 4.50am passes a prayer with loud speakers. And the next 20 minutes every morning you can get to know local religion more closely. Somehow in other countries it happens a little later, it was a little unusual. There are also two minus that will not fit tourists and which can easily be eliminated if you want. This is the lack of Internet and the lack of hot water. On the tripcome this was not indicated, so I did not take into account when booking. There is no air conditioner, only ceiling fan, but I turned off even because it was already cold to sleep with. All the shower and hygiene was with me and their absence was not important. There are huge advantages of this humstay, it is a very good and pleasant green area-garden, excellent hosts and staff, great delicious home breakfasts, inner decoration of houses with simple but very pleasant finishing with beautiful details and coral ornaments and shells. Parking for a bike at the house inside the territory with a pass through a narrow corridor between the fences. It is not very convenient with a big bike, but quite normal in such a tight environment. To all who will not notice the listed downsides, I advise you to visit this place, the atmosphere there is perfect.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

I booked a room for my friend and the receptionist knew me and he complained to my family that I booked a room for myself with people. The privacy of customers is the most important and that is what the hotel should be taken care of, not even telling them there and here.

A modern and cozy hotel just cross the road to famous senggigi beach. Easy to find cafes and resto. So many tour operators along the road. Just pick any one you love and meet your budget. I rent a scooter to go around senggigi, mangsit, nipah and further up to bangsal harbour. Many nice view ports to stop by along the road from hotel to bangsal harbour.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol

In Senggigi, I chose this relatively cost-effective central hotel. The location is quite convenient. It is in the center of Senggigi, and the airport is only a few steps away by bus. The rooms are simple and spacious, clean and tidy, well-rested, there is a swimming pool outside, but it has never been used, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it is not far from Senggigi Beach.
