The location of the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast and the food are excellent. There is a bit of amusement park hustle and bustle at the entrance but we didn't find that disturbing. The rooms and the bed are a bit small but comfortable.

1. If you want to visit the lands end, this is the best accommodation option, and the scenery and conditions of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room is very comfortable, although the sound insulation is slightly poor. 2. The front desk service of the hotel needs to be improved urgently. I arrived at the hotel at 14 o'clock, dragging a suitcase and carrying a bag of luggage. The front desk clerk just told me indifferently that I could check in at 15 o'clock. Because there was a wedding and there were many people on that day, I couldn't store my luggage. Walk back to the parking lot with your luggage and put it back in the car. 3. The breakfast and dinner are good, but due to the wedding, marathon, etc., there are many people in the bar, but the restaurant is okay, although the serving is very slow. 4. Remember to register the license plate at the front desk when you come by car, you can park for free.

The entire hotel has only a "new start" and a newly built hut "Penwith" with only "4 rooms" can live in, all the rooms in the main hotel are very shabby and more hotel than a hotel. The 16-square-meter "Penwith 4" room type I stayed in is already the second highest-level room type in this hotel, and I have to try my luck... I can't choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 when booking. To summarize: room types 1 and 2 are on the first floor, room types 3 and 4 need to go up through a very narrow corridor, which is very inconvenient to carry large luggage; the bed is very soft and there are a lot of hair on the floor. Cobwebs, the bathroom area is about 6 square meters, "compared to" the feeling of the guest room... it's quite spacious. Breakfast is the most common English breakfast...no surprises, and nothing special. Because it is a guest... so parking is free. Because it is near the sea, the wind is particularly strong. There is nothing worth spending time around. Unless you are visiting the small town of Penzance 10 miles away, the recommended stay for two nights is the limit. Living in this place does not have the term "enjoy", it is just for "staying down", and the price is low!

Second and last time of visiting Lands End. 7 years ago we got here at 3.30pm it closed at 4pm. So we thought try again £7.50 for the car park is a little steep but we're here. Quick walk quick photo, it's raining...... I know ,the hotel for a cuppa, you know it's going to be expensive but prepared for that. £9.95 for a bacon and sausage bap..... that took 25mins and burnt sausages inedible..... Service not great, and also like sitting in a cafe in Blackpool with a better view. Gents toilets need a serious spruce up too. We travel all over the UK and eat and stay in some lovely places. Sorry Lands End hotel need to be lots better.

All round great place to stay , not pretending to be anything other than it is , a lovely clean and nicely presented 3 star hotel with great food and a warm feel. All this would do but the staff just made it extra lovely. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left , everyone was so kind , helpful and professional. I hope the owner’s appreciate them ! Definitely recommend 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Friendly staff in a great location. Easy to park. Our room wasn’t very big and if we return I would make sure to book a bigger room, having said that it was a nice modern room with a sea view, the bathroom was very modern although I don’t like the shower in bath I would rather have a walk in shower. The breakfast was very good, all being buffet style. The hot breakfast was lovely maybe the continental could be a bit better with some more fruit being offered. The evening meal was really good and not over priced. We were there to celebrate our birthday and anniversary which I had emailed but no recognition of this was made, a little congratulations would have been nice. On the whole a lovely couple of days and great value for money.
