Very nice hotel with big bedrooms that are clean and modern. Friendly staff and perfect location if you are planning to visit Pinx Golf Club. A car is essential to drive to restaurants as there are none closeby. The swimming pool and hot springs are not on site, so the offer is not appropriate

The hotel is inconvenient to access via public transportation, but the surrounding area is green and very quiet, which is an advantage. I would not recommend breakfast.

I made a last-minute reservation, but it was very comfortable and I was able to use the swimming pool and hot springs. I plan to go again next time. If you combine it with a hiking trip to Hallasan Mountain, it would be perfect to relieve fatigue in the hot springs.

It was an enjoyable two-night stay as a heavy snow warning was issued, so I enjoyed the heavy snow, had a good breakfast, enjoyed swimming in the aragonite hot springs, and visited the Bonte Museum.

The interior is spacious and nice. I had a great sleep because the room was very warm. Is it because it’s in the mountains? There are quite a few stars in the sky seen through the veranda. Everything was good I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but I'll use it next time I go.

It's clean, spacious and nice. It's located halfway up Hallasan Mountain, so if the weather is good, you can even see the sea. The air is nice and it's very quiet. It would be best for those who want to spend time leisurely.

I didn't have any expectations and went after seeing reviews saying it was clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is just my style. The room size was large and everything was comfortable. I've been to Jeju three times in March, July, and September, and I'm planning to go again in November... and I'll make a reservation for Luceville again. Thank you so much for the breakfast + swimming pool package. Please hold the event often^^ This was my first time making a reservation on Trip.com... I will use here from now on. It was a fun and happy trip. I like Luceville.

The location was disappointing, but it was clean and I was able to rest comfortably. I was satisfied because it was so spacious for 4 people to sleep in. I plan to visit the next time I come to Jeju Island again.
