It's clean, very quiet and nice. I think it's okay because the facilities seem to have been built recently. I was very satisfied with the hot spring sauna. I love that the staff are so friendly. I also enjoyed breakfast so much!! I am satisfied.

Great hotel. Warm welcome. For the concept of the hotel, hotel bar would be nice. It seems to be a great family retreat . The onsen with natural carbonated water is great and was very beneficial after our long hiking tour. The dinner in the restaurant was exquisite.

The staff were friendly and I really enjoyed using the swimming pool and hot springs. However, the convenience store is operated by the hotel itself, so it seems a bit expensive. It would be a good idea to buy groceries in advance.
