Grand Millions Hotel Seogwipo Reviews

Clean place. Location ok but not within walk distance for vood restaurants. The great thing is that they have free Netflix! But the room is very small 15 to 17sqm with no shower space. I even upgraded to the best room at the hotel after the firdt night with extra charge at 10K KRW to get the better and biggest room. It was still less than 20sqm with NO space for a shower. Becareful when you get up from a toilet seat. I bumped my head. head to the wall. The room is also quite warm and suffocating. Air-conditioning is centralised and couldn't cool the room with not enough ventilation. You have to turn the air-conditioning off if too warm for u and open the window. Opening the small window ill only help if there is steong breeze. It didn't help the first and the third night when there is no wind. and doesn't circulate well as there is not enough window space for a fresh air to circulate. There is no laundry facility. You have to walk 300m outside of the building. we moved out and booked the other hotel near by at the same price. We have now 29 sqm room with ocean view. Plenty space and a proper shower room except no Netflix (I should have check this) and better location. Plenty eating snd drinking places around and walk distance to Sea. Do your research. I made a mistake for the first 3 nights. My next 3 nights will be a lot better!

Small but good

Breakfast was so-so. The room was clean but there was a particular smell when I entered the room. The smell wasn't repulsive, but it was there. The staff were friendly. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it was quiet.

There was a view of Hallasan right through the window. The price is cheap and the staff are friendly, so I had a great time without any problems for two days.

Tourist attractions such as Olle Market and Cheonjiyeon Falls are located a 10-minute drive away, making this accommodation the best location. The front desk staff were friendly and the accommodation was kept clean. I liked seeing the view of Hallasan Mountain every morning. I plan to book again next time I come to Seogwipo. I recommend it

The worst thing was the towels I don't often leave reviews, and if I do leave a review, I leave it good. After looking at the condition of the towels, This is my first time leaving a review after staying at the accommodation countless times in Seogwipo. The mop I use at home doesn’t do this either. It doesn't wear out until all the stitches stick out. Two of the four towels have holes this size. I was rubbing my hair and my fingers got in it and it was so sore. Even Korean people feel this bad. In Jeju, where countless foreigners come If the cleanliness and management in the hotel is at this level, I'm leaving this message because I don't think it's too bad. look at the condition of the towels

I don't know how they clean the rooms, but there are white stains on the floor, and the bed sheets and blankets are not changed once a day, so I felt very uncomfortable and itchy all over during my consecutive stays, and the sheets and blankets were not replaced at the front desk, so I changed them. I asked to do it, but the cleaning person came and said that this hotel only replaces sheets and blankets once every three days. Even if you complain that it is a rule, they will not change it. I think the reason the price is cheap is because it saves on laundry and cleaning costs, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who values ​​cleanliness like me. The parking lot is also small, so you have to go up and down the hill and back and forth to the vacant lot.

There are just two single beds, very little space, and a bathroom with a shower. However, from the perspective of a business trip, it didn't really matter. There was a light switch at the head of the bed, so it was convenient to turn off the light before going to bed. The plugs for charging were well planned.
