The location was just okay and the accommodation was tidy.
The owner is kind.
Compared to other Seongsan Hamdeok Hyeopjae, the cost performance is lower

It was located in Soesokkak, so it was really nice to be able to see the sea and the sunrise from the room. From morning walks to the beach and to the wonderful cafes around... It was the best value for money accommodation that I would like to visit again.

I'm a frequent traveler, so it was nice that the bus stop was close. It's within walking distance to Soesokkak, so it's great for walking and going back and forth, and convenience stores and Hanaro Mart are also nearby.
Although it is small, it has a kitchen and everything you need, including dishes, tables, hangers, and a dressing table, so there was no inconvenience for a 3-night stay. If you asked for towels or trash plastic, they were provided right away.
If you tell the owner in advance the night before, you can have hot rice noodles for breakfast. The price is 7,000 won! I really like warm soup.
-) One downside... the bed was a bit narrow and uncomfortable for two people to sleep in.

There is no elevator. You need to walk to nearby amenities for about 10 minutes. Other than that, everything (sanitation, facilities, service, etc.) was good.

In a clean accommodation, I could hear the kind wife, swallows, and the scent of tangerines permeating. The view of the sea and Hallasan Mountain from the rooftop was really nice. Personally, it was a little disappointing that there was no table, but I sat on the dressing table and used my laptop. It was really nice to travel alone.

It was a bit cramped for a total of 5 people, including 3 adults, 6th graders, and 1st graders from middle school, but it was quiet and well-located. However, the bathroom ventilation is not good.
