중국인 위주의 숙소여서 조금 어색한 부분이 있었고
티비채널이 조금 부족한점 정도 있었지만

일단, 건물이 관리가 안되어 있습니다.
블라인드는 전반적으로 노후해서 플라스틱 가루가 많이 떨어지기 때문에 안떨어지도록 얼마나 조심해서 다녔는지 모르겠습니다. 그리고, 이층 큰방 샤워실문을 통해서 물이 새어 나와서 욕조가 있는 바닥에 흥건하게 물이 고여서 많이 위험했습니다.
날마다 수건을 갈아주긴 하는데 수건의 상태는 아주 더러웠습니다. 가져다 주는 수건을 가려서 썼거든요.
어떤 수건은 헤졌고 어떤 수건은 세탁이 제대로 안되어서 지저분 했습니다.
그리고, 환풍기의 필터는 오랜동안 교체가 안되어서 곰팡이 냄새도 많이 났구요...
다음부터는 입실 전에 관리상태를 꼭 확인하고 입실 받았으면 합니다. 다음부터는 방문하지 않으려구요...

성수기에도 3베드룸 레지던스가 20만원도 안한다는게 장점입니다. 다만 가성비... 를 따지기엔 딱 가격만큼 하는것 같네요. 위치는 서귀포 시내에서 3-4km 까지 떨어져있어 밤중에 야식 시켜먹거나 과자사러가기 난감합니다. 제일 가까운 24시간 편의점도 2km정도 떨어져있어 거기가 좀 귀찮네요. 차없는분들은 비추합니다. 외관은 2010년도에 지은 타운하우스같이 깔끔합니다만 중국 싫어하시는분이라면 좀 꺼림찍할거에요. 본래 중국인 대상으로 지어진 시설인만큼 중국어가 나오는 키패드부터 중국스러운 내부 인테리어가 상하이에 온듯한 느낌도 없잖아 있습니다. 실제로 거주중인 중국인도 있는듯하구요. 내부 시설을 관리를 잘 안하는지 마룻바닥도 부분부분 페인트칠한 곳도 보이고 삐걱댑니다. 이건 객실마다 케바케일것 같은데 아무튼 그랬어요. 청결에 관해서는 모텔정도의 수준을 기대하고 가시는게좋을것 같습니다. 내부 식기류들도 기름때가 뭍어서 다시 세척하고 삶았습니다. 드럼 세탁기도 세제투잊구에 곰팡이가 끼어 락스로 헹궈냈구요. 보이지않는 곳곳이 청소가 잘 안되어있어 마음먹고 가셔요. 룸클리닝도 호텔이나 타 레지던스와같이 매일매일 하지않습니다. 3박당 한번 와서 쓱 쓸고 타올 휴지주고 갑니다. 무엇보다 제주 산자락에 있어 자연과 친화적인 리조트라 온갖 벌레가 출몰합니다. 거미 개미는 기본이고 날벌레 여치 귀뚜라미부터 돈벌레 노래기인지 새끼지네인지모를 다지류까지 골고루 관람하실수 있어요. 침대방에 출몰한 돈벌레를 잡으려다 잠깐 한눈판사이 사라져 공포에 떨면서 후기를 작성하는 중입니다. 이런 여러모로의 애로사항만 극복하신다면 정말 저렴한 가격의 대가족을 위한 최고의 숙소가 아닐까 싶습니다.

This is a great place for families and travellers.
It offers a spacious room and living room. It is even a two-story structure. The spacious bathroom and bathtub are superb.
You can enjoy the sea of Seogwipo and Mt. Halla at the same time from the rooftop garden.
However, there are some unmaintained facilities due to the too spacious rooms. It is recommended to refrain from using the built-in washing machine as it has mold., The door handle may be damaged.

It is a quiet, spacious and clean accommodation.
However, there are no convenience facilities nearby, so you need to prepare food in the city in advance. My internet connection is not good. Maybe the resort needs to check if it's a problem with my accommodation.
