It was quiet, close to the Jungmun Tourist Complex, and the non-crowded location was not bad, but the kindness of some of the staff, the fact that you had to separate garbage yourself, and the guidance to wash the dishes yourself were disappointing.

I went on a trip with my family of 7 and had a really comfortable stay. The fresh air and weather were a bonus, and the moonlit night sky at Jungmun was also beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was European style and not too heavy. With hot coffee....

The accommodation is clean, the owner is kind, and the breakfast is plentiful and I had a good time.
What's a little disappointing is that the smell kept coming up, perhaps from the sewer in the bathroom. (Maybe it was because it was a cloudy day)

I chose Eco Suites because of the good ratings but our experience really wasn't great. One employee (a russian guy?) was actually helpful, while the others gave us contradicting information to just weren't helpful at all. For instance, when we asked how to do laundry we were first told to come back at 9 pm (!!!) and when we checked again the helpful guy assisted us instantly and also gave us big shower towels. Originally we were just provided small hand-towels and the other staff was reluctant to change that... Please also be aware that "eco" seems to stand for "economic" and not "ecological", meaning it's more like an apar**ent than a hotel.
