很新的酒店 帶長者出來玩 這個酒店非常適合
前台很熱情 英文也很好 沒什麼交流障礙
訂的家庭房 中間是個廳 左右各一個房間 獨立衞生間 很新很舒適 可以看到一些海景
酒店很現代 方便 餐廳很多 雖然説不上太好吃吧 但在不方便出去的情況下很不錯了 早餐一個人300多人民幣吧 東西挺多的 但還是覺得有點小貴了
酒店有小道可以走到海灘 遠一點地方有皮划艇玩

酒店位於濟州島中文觀光區，聽説濟州帕納斯是在原來凱悦酒店的基礎上翻新，2022年7月重新開業的，各項硬件設施和服務確實很好。
步行10分鐘就能到達海灘，酒店附近有許多博物館，網紅咖啡飲品店，步行800米左右能到BHC炸雞。一圈還有三四家超市，酒店一樓也有一家 G25。
這次一家三口出遊，選擇了家庭房，住的很舒服，推門就能看到海景，傍晚太陽落山還能觀賞日落，五一的時候人也不多，體驗感很好。
機場包車到酒店大概30分鐘，也看到了公交600路可以直達酒店門口。
酒店每天提供一次免費的MINI BAR。

設施：有兩棟樓，入住的是偏舊的樓，送過來的司機師傅説，是原來的凱悦酒店被買下做的酒店
衞生：很乾凈
環境：現代風，很韓式的現代風，本來入住的是望山的普通大床房後來加錢升級了海景房，景真的沒得説
服務：很好工作人員很耐心友好，還幫點外賣，酒吧的雞尾酒大概是25000韓元，做的不錯
缺點：就是附近走到有吃的地方大概20min，爬坡很難爬，要坐公交或者打kakaot出去

這真的是第一個讓我全方位差評的酒店，訂了兩天，第一天3300，第二天3800元，本來作為濟州島遊玩最後兩天滿滿的期待，結果失望透頂，不知道為什麼那麼多宣傳，估計費用都用到推廣上了。首先，五星級價位，但沒有任何服務，大廳裏問路的人都找不到，沒有什麼管家、入住引導、房間介紹、歡迎水果，能想到的所有服務都沒有，牙刷還付費一個10元；
第二，對中國人很不友好，沒有一個會中文的店員，當然我們是可以用英文交流的，但是作為一箇中國遊客佔比這麼高的酒店，聘請一箇中文店員不過分吧？這起碼是表示對中國遊客的重視。諮詢有無小童樂園，前台直接説沒有，結果最後一天退房時才發現其實是有個小樂園的，可以讓娃玩一會兒，但是店員一口咬定沒有；
第三，這麼貴的房費，竟然是一點海看不到的，如下圖2，窗户看出去是一個建築工地，房間也不大，這樣的無海景房間接近四千一晚，放在三亞會被罵死的吧？看不到海的房間難道不應該標註清楚嗎？
第四，雖然説從大堂看出去大海近在遲尺，但是實際上一點也不近，需要爬過一個山，走很多路，如果想穿着拖鞋從房間出去就是沙灘，那這個酒店一點也不適合
第五，這個酒店的地理位置非常非常不方便，最近餐館都要步行20分鐘，打車還非常難。最有意思的是前台所謂的機場擺渡大巴其實衹是公交車，本來以為是免費的巴士，還好還有剩現金，不然大巴車都上不了。
真的是第一個全方位差評的酒店，如果不是前幾天住的君悦還有景點體驗還湊合，我都要以為濟州島就是這樣坑遊客的了。希望這條點評能幫到後面的中國遊客！

環境特別好，海邊風景很絕，還可以沿着小花園的棧道去酒店的海灘，海景房可以看到日出，整體很安靜，酒店附近也有很多店
