The hotel's location and the view from the window were absolutely stunning. The lawn at the entrance and the ocean were simply dreamy, more beautiful than any other spot in Jeju Island in my opinion. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the service was very attentive, and there's a bus stop nearby, making it super convenient to get around. Excellent value for money!!!! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Jeju Island.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The location is great, and the large lawn is beautiful. It's a short taxi ride to Seogwipo Olle Market and super close to the Honeymoon House. You can even walk to Jeongbang Waterfall along the Olle trail. The small restaurant by the sea that serves ginseng chicken soup is also quite good. The service was nice, and luggage storage was very convenient.

Located in the heart of New Jeju, the hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short distance from Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops and a pedestrian street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. As an established five-star hotel, the Grand offers fantastic value for money. The service is warm and friendly, with front desk staff who can speak basic Chinese. The greeters and bellhops are also very welcoming. The rooms are spacious, and the higher floors offer good views. The cleanliness is satisfactory. Two bottles of drinking water and disposable slippers are provided, but toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately.

It's alright! The environment is pretty good, and there's a direct bus! The front desk staff speak Chinese. There's not much around, so it's quite quiet.

The environment here is beautiful, with palm trees and shadows everywhere. Step outside and you're right on the coast. There's also an 'Olle' trail behind the hotel; if you walk along it, you'll find a charming Honeymoon House where you can enjoy a coffee – very pleasant! The large lawn is starting to turn green, making it perfect for photos. Although the hotel is a bit older and shows some age, it makes up for it with its cleanliness, especially the spotless bedding! My only minor complaint is that the hotel assigned me a lower floor, so I couldn't enjoy a panoramic view. For transportation, you can take bus 600 directly from the airport, which goes from the first stop to the last, taking over an hour and a half. If you want to use other transport, you'll need to walk 15-20 minutes to find it. This hotel is really more suitable for those who are driving or taking taxis, and it seems popular with Korean locals looking for a relaxing, laid-back getaway. Overall, for a beachfront hotel, it offers excellent value for money. I absolutely love the garden design and the swimming pool, though it appeared to be closed during my visit.

The hotel boasts beautiful lawns facing the sea, and Olle Trail Route 6 is right next door. If you're visiting Seogwipo in the south, I highly recommend staying here – it's a perfect experience. It's more convenient if you're driving, but there's a bus stop right outside the entrance; just be sure to check the schedule.

The room isn't huge, but it's pretty clean, especially the closed outdoor pool which was spotless. The facilities are a bit old, but they do have USB charging ports. The only minor downsides were that I couldn't find any tissues in the room besides the toilet paper, and the minibar wasn't free. Mostly locals stayed here, with very few tourists.

We had a good stay here! The location is a bit out of the city, but still just 10 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes by train to the downtown+market. We sea view room was very nice, we could enjoy the sunset from the balcony. You feel that the hotel is quite old, but they try to maintain it well. The staff was polite, and they have a lot of spaces for parking. Also you can walk to the waterfalls from the territory. I'd like to stay again here next time

The hotel is kind of with a long history so the facilities were quite old school. But the garden has an exceptionally great view of the seashore. Recommend it if you want to experience the great view of Jeju without high budget!

Great sea view, but the room itself was just okay.

Facilities: The old Ferrari (referring to the hotel's style or a specific car display) was cool, and the public area cafe was beautiful. Hygiene: Acceptable. The sliding door and curtains were a bit old and dusty. Environment: The room lighting was dim.

The hotel has a great environment, with a large lawn by the sea. It's also the first and last stop for bus route 600, though the bus stops running after 8 PM. Taxis from the airport to the hotel can be a bit pricey. The duvet material is quite noisy; even a slight movement makes a sound. This really affected my sleep, so I was afraid to turn over in bed for fear of disturbing my family.

Right by the sea, with a fantastic environment. Very convenient for getting around.
