I'm traveling by public transportation. Bus stops and restaurants were close, so I was able to travel conveniently ~ Clean utensils, bedding, and no smell of accommodation were hard to find, but I was satisfied and decided to stay here ~ The boss is kind and comfortable ~ ^^

There is a little distance from the city. It is almost attached to the W Hotel. It is a roadway to 1100 Highways, so if you have a plan to move to Seogwipo and Jeju City, it seems to be a good hotel to choose. The room is spacious and clean. Cleanliness like a hotel is hard to expect due to resort characteristics. Located on the middle of the mountain and there is a merit that you can see rabbits and horses. I think it would be nice to stay quietly with my family.

This is our 3rd stay at THE WE HOTEL, Jeju. And it was my wife's birthday celebration trip. We love this hotel due to it's unique & solid concept, the most peaceful resort and where you can have restful stay. However, it was bit disappointing this time. Check-in date was my wife's birthday, and we have informed about this upon reservation stage as well. The receptionist mentioned ”happy birthday” at the check-in counter, however there was no small amenities in the room. And of course, there was no ”welcome back” recognition much. As a 5 star hotel, it is quite common to expect any small amenities for a special occasions. But, still we love this place so much. We cannot find any other hotel/resort in Jeju like ”WE HOTEL”. And since new GM came to the hotel, hope the overall service & experience will be improved. Bellman & Concierge were all nice & friendly. Bartender ”양희진” was super nice guy. He is so professional and provide the best service. Most of all, he makes the best cocktails (one of the best Mojito ever I tried!) If you stay this resort, you must try the Spa. The new Spa team leader ”강수경” made the whole spa experience up to the next level. I will definitely come back to this place, 'cos of her. The hotel has upgraded their Gardens & Forests. There are 3 ponds which we didn't see before. Please take your time and walk on the forests. It's total healing experience.

The price was cheap when booking and the review was not bad, so I chose it, but it was just 3-4 10,000 won. Halona in the same building as the front desk for one night? It was a room and the second night was not allowed to book the same room when booking, so I checked out again at 11 o'clock and packed my luggage and went back in time and went back to the long mountain at 15 o'clock and checked in again. Thanks to the price of oil, the waste of time on rainy days, and the luggage can be left, but there is no one at the strange checkout called the front desk. The Hallona room is full of rotten me in the old old man's house in the room as soon as you open the door. The floor of the room is gray, and as soon as you take off your shoes and enter, you turn around like sticky dust and thread hair. 14:40 when I said I checked in a little early? I don't know if it's cleaned, so go check it out and wait for it. No check-in, no computer, just look at the notebook and check the reservation and sticker to the relic level. ㅋㅋㅋ Dirty from it, I don't want to touch it. Go into the room and it's so dirty and stiff that you take off your socks and mop with the towels there. Once you touch the floor, the mop is dark. ㅋ The floor of the room was so dirty that I tried to stay on the quilt and only on it, but even the quilt was spread out, and the hair was stained or the pillow mold stains. The toilet water and curtains are also moldy. I sleep with dishes, but the noise between the floors is not soundproof at all, so I fight at 4 a.m. to the sound of the upper room. The bed in the room is not able to sleep with the creaking sound every time you move. However, the bare floor quilt is a thick slice of 1000, so if you sleep on the floor, you will be back the next day. Before you go to bed, people sing music, young children singing and drunk in the old castle, but no one touches. The staff are all out after 10 o'clock. The other rooms are hotel type for the second night, but it was cleaner than the previous rooms, but there is a bed right in front of the bathroom, but the smell of the bathroom and the water are not my joke. Every time you open and close other rooms, you should be very careful with a baby. If you put your hand on it, your hand will be broken. The hotel type is on the gel, but here, young children outside the noise of other rooms, shouting and sleeping in the sound of the high castle. And even if it's a resort or a motel or a pension, it's already down the middle of Mount Hanra, Sanroku, and it's more expensive to get around the oil gas station. Oil thrown away from the resort.Very waste of time. Even if you have a little money, catching a hotel near the downtown tourist spot is less expensive. The staff are similar to the level of Hallona rooms at the level of the neighborhood hole shop. From the card key to the staff room facilities are messy. Because this resort chose to come to Jeju Island, there is no disappointment. The super beautiful resort is suitable for the whole family to go out and cook for yourself. Although the location is partial, it is convenient for the airport to do the bus directly. There are supermarkets in the vicinity of the hotel about two kilometers away, everything can be bought, we cook Korean hot pot every day, the hotel can also BBQ, quietly stay here for a few days, nothing is more comfortable than this. We stayed for three nights and fell in love. The hotel will have a dedicated manager WeChat jejusumi point-to-point service, but speak English, the service is very good, responsive. We can't get the car, the hotel people will pick us up for free. The next holiday will definitely choose to come here, highly recommended.
