Very friendly, helpful. I am very satisfied overall. The food was very good. . I love the surrounding areas. The employees grow herbs. They kept the garden kept very nice. Also dedicated to the children.

It's pretty good and very convenient. There's a CU convenience store on the first floor, and I went there almost every night to buy a bunch of snacks. It's really friendly for business travelers; it's super easy to grab something to eat and drink after finishing work!

Hotel location is bit far from seoul but it is okay when you have car. In room dining menu is limited There is Hyundai department store with good food court near you can have a bus just in front of the hotel. Hotel service is good staffs are friendly. Surrounding is clean and quiet. Best for families

Breakfast has a good variety of food, but the queue gets long after 8 a.m. The hotel is quite far from the city, and the taxi fare is around 26,000 won depending on traffic. Journey to Incheon airport takes about a hour. Daily housekeeping is excellent, but the pillows are very flat. It would also be better if the hotel offered triple-sharing rooms.

The room was nice and the breakfast was decent, especially the noodles, which catered to Chinese tastes. The downside is that the location is too remote, so I wouldn't recommend it for a tourist stay.

The hotel very far away from the center. They gave us the room super tiny & sunshine facing forward us couldn’t sleep well too noisy. Please not make the wrong choice as us. We never wanna stay here again

The room was too noisy, right next to an elevated highway. I talked to the front desk, and they were initially reluctant to switch rooms. After I gave strong feedback, they finally moved me, but the new room was still noisy. It wasn't a great experience.
