Average stay, a bit old property, good food quality good hospitality it is near khawasa gate approach road is there and google maps also works accurately

I booked the premium riverview suite for 2nights and it was just waste of money. The room had following issues: 1. Bathroom taps was not working, also in middle of december there were no hot water 2. Bathroom had spider web. 3. Clog in drain. 4. Rat in the refrigerator
5. Balcony lights were not working. Do not book the room in this hotel!

The property is located in the buffer zone and is in close proximity to turia gate. Rooms are good and the place is well maintained. Chinese food we ordered was great. The hotel has a beautiful viewing deck.
