If you want your family to feel like a king, then go to Vannraj. What an experience. Their staff, we had been informed are amazing. And they turned out exactly as advised. Good food for the kids. Customized options. What a setting. Thank you!!

Nice rooms but food variety and quality not good. Very low efforts are spent on food and also they don't take paid orders. No restaurant or shops near the resort so very inconvenient to not even prepare food.

Dear ***agement of Vannraj Resort, I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at your resort. I must say that I had high expectations given the reputation of Vannraj, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Firstly, I found the buffet spread during my stay to be significantly lacking in variety, especially considering the price that was charged. The limited options available were disappointing and did not justify the cost of the meals. Secondly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the restaurant staff. There were noticeable delays in serving basic items like bread, and during breakfast, milk was not available for coffee. Additionally, I observed that there was a lack of anticipation regarding the number of guests present and the speed at which the buffet needed to be refilled. This resulted in inconvenience and a less than satisfactory dining experience. One aspect that particularly concerned me was the allowance of pets, specifically dogs, in the dining area. This practice is highly unhygienic as guests would come into contact with these animals, potentially transferring germs from their hands to the buffet dishes. I strongly recommend revisiting this policy to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment for all guests. Moreover, the room cleaning staff did not meet the expected standards. On a broader note, I believe that Vannraj Resort is overhyped, and the prices charged do not align with the level of service provided. The disparity between the expectations set by the resort's reputation and the actual experience was quite significant. Finally, I would like to mention the lack of staff presence near the pool area to assist guests with towels. It was inconvenient to have to go all the way to the reception desk to request them. I recommend ensuring that there are dedicated staff members available at the pool area to promptly address such guest needs. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more satisfying and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

NOT ADVISABLE. WASTE OF MONEY I had a stay for 2 nights at Vannraj Resort, Pench from 26th to 28th March, 2023. There were big Rats inside the room who had been making sounds and disturbing sleep on both Nights of our stay. On night 1, we could not ascertain where the noise is coming from and what is the cause of the noise mainly because we were not well. The same sounds from inside the room continued on second night as well. In wee hours, I found that a rat was pulling a bag containing food items placed on TV table. The rat pulled it under the table from the gap between the wall and the table. Then, he started opening the bag and eating the items from inside the TV cupboard/unit making continuous sounds. This happened from 3 am onwards, thus completely affecting our sleep. -- Later on, one rat climbed from the floor to the wall from behind our bed and entered the gap between the wooden roof/ ceiling. -- When a hotel charges such hefty tariff close to Rs.15,000 per night, we expect a good sleep and basic hygiene. Just because the resort is located near Jungle Area, it cannot be an excuse for explaining presence of Rats (not a wild animal) in the concrete room (especially when You are charging a hefty tariff). This was a very bad experience. 2. There were lots of mosquitoes inside the room as well on day 2, after room cleaning personnel cleaned the room. It seems that the room cleaning personnel must have kept the main door open for a long while which resulted into around 20 mosquitoes entering the room. 3. On reaching the hotel property, we were informed that the Spa is not operational. Name of the Hotel itself boasts of a Spa. And then the guests are informed about "No Spa" after booking is completed. These things are highly annoying and ruin the hard-earned holidays. 4. Lastly, the quality of cycles in the resort were also not good/ maintained. We don't expect premium cycles but basic working cycles with proper seat position/ handles not tilted, would have been good. NOT AT ALL ADVISABLE

The hotel is a bit “tired”, but otherwise could not be faulted. The rooms were in need of a bit of TLC, with some of the facilities not working fully, & the WiFi was sketchy to say the least.However, these were our only complaints. The food was excellent & varied & more than adequate. However, the ultimate high spot was the naturalist, Sara, who was more than excellent, both in knowledge & helpfulness. He accompanied us on all of our game drives in Penchant & even shared his photos & videos with my wife via WhatsApp. He made our visit the best of the holiday, even allowing for the state of the resort. Thank you, Sara, you were amazing.

I am pleased to say that our family stay at Vannraj resort and spa on 9th and 10th July 2022, has been excellent and has surpassed all our expectations. The staff was very wonderful and catered to all our needs with constant smile. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. Thank you for your excellent hospitality, ***agement and well organised infrastructure. Had a lovely experience here. Loved the food and hospitality. The ambience too was amazing. Had the grt time there with family. Had a great experience of the jungle safari. There’s a lot one can do here. Loved it

We stayed 1 day to celebrate an occasion at the " Villa" . The hospitality and service is good. They tried best to live upto expectations. The upkeep of rooms need to improve for the cost charged. Tnx
