Nevertheless, considering your situation on that day, we exceptionally assisted you in parking your vehicle on the first floor within the limited area. Please note that this was an additional measure different from the standard operating procedure. On the other hand, we also believe that there is a need for improvement in providing more comprehensive explanations and a more welcoming service attitude during the guidance process, and we will improve this through internal training.
