We stayed for four nights and the location was excellent—less than a 5-minute walk to the metro station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and overall comfortable. Our room faced the main road, so it was a bit noisy at night.
However, the cleanliness needs improvement, especially in the bathroom. The shower curtain had mold, and there were visible stains on the floor. After the room was made up, the staff also did not provide a floor mat, which was inconvenient.

We had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites Sinchon Central. As this is already my second time to stay here, I already knew the overall process. One of the things that I like is the heater and aircon are not centralized unlike other hotels so we can control the temperature. An unexpected mishap would be the changes in elevator as only 1 elevator can be used for even-numbered floors, so the waiting time to go up and down from our room is a bit longer. Other than that, we had a great experience.

2nd stay after my travel to Jeju, where free luggage storage is important. Location good but property seems aged. 2nd stay has microwave but no washer..

Great location very close to metro station so convenience. Room is not that small but restroom is quite tiny. There are Cu shop next to the building and Tokpokki shop right next to metro exit.

The location is good but cleanessis not good!!!
We found a big cockroach in our room and the pillow cover is too old which is in yellow colour.
And the sofa still have some long hair on it.
Also the light in the bathroom is not working.
And no table inside the room but the photo post by hotel which have a table inside the room. That’s quite in-convenient.

Hotel room very clean and tidy, room’s big enough and reception staff as well as housekeeper’s service good too.
Location very convenience. As supermarket, convenience store and Olive Young cosmetic shop right next to the hotel, and bus station & metro station just a few mins walk.
Only the shower curtain is a bit dirty and sticky, it would be better if the housekeeper can clean it or change for a bigger one, otherwise everything was good.

The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located. The room was clean and well-maintained. They also offered luggage storage, which was really helpful for us.
