Our family's heartwarming stay at The Designers Hotel Jongno, Seoul, before meeting old friends in Korea. As a dad from China with two children, a 9-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter, this trip to Korea was to meet a long-time Korean friend. The hotel provided a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. What touched me even more was this: when we were about to wash the kids' clothes, the staff member said that hygiene for children's clothing is very important and then proactively cleaned both the washing machine and dryer for us. This detail truly gave us peace of mind. It wasn’t just about having the facilities but also about their attentive service. 🌿 **Cheonggyecheon Stream Nearby, Perfect for Family Strolls** The hotel is right near Cheonggyecheon Stream (청계천). It’s perfect for taking the kids for a walk after dinner. Walking along to the sound of the water keeps the children engaged, and the environment feels relatively safe. 🍽 **No Worries About Kids' Meals** There are many kid-friendly restaurants nearby, offering: * Gimbap * Porridge * Dumplings My children are picky eaters, and they especially love dumplings. Luckily, there's a dumpling shop nearby, which was incredibly convenient for us. ✨ **Clean and Comfortable Rooms** The hotel has recently been renovated, feeling clean, tidy, and comfortable overall. * Clean bedding * Hygienic bathroom * Spacious feel * Soft lighting My wife also said she felt very comfortable staying there. The room was a bit small, and breakfast was very basic. The weekend prices were too high.

Our whole family agreed this was the best service hotel we've ever stayed at. Bottled water and drinks were plentiful and free-flowing. I especially loved that the coffee in the room was refilled daily with my favorite Korean brand, and there were so many snacks and cookies. The shower pressure was great – strong yet gentle. They proactively changed our sheets and duvet covers, and they smelled so fresh. When the toilet was clogged, someone came to fix it immediately. The service quality is top-notch! Just a heads-up, there were some mosquitoes near the washing machine. The surrounding area is very convenient with lots of restaurants.
