The accommodation wasn't clean or bad, but it had a musty smell, the bedding wasn't that good, and the elevators and info were not cleaned well.

The location is convenient. There is a window in the room but it means there is no window. It is too old. Water leaked from the bathtub and leaked out of the bathroom. I didn't like it. I wanted to transfer to another room. The clerk said that all the rooms were like this and said it was normal. I really wanted to leave right away. I won’t stay here again next time

Maybe because of poor ventilation in the bathroom, there was mold growing everywhere in the room, even the curtains were covered in mold, which was disappointing. I only used it to sleep, but I won't use it again.

Toilet light wasn’t working , took them 2 days to fix it . No service recovery . Eg. Upgrade of room / late check out / extra pillow .

At first glance it looked clean, but the corners were dusty and not clean. The electricity would go off randomly, the water heater was broken, and there were many other things that made me a little uneasy. I was glad that they responded to my requests when I asked for service. The location was close to the station and in the downtown area, so it was very convenient. It was good for the price, but if I was staying multiple nights, I would have liked to stay in a better room.

Very good hotel, I liked everything! The room was clean, there was plenty of space, and upon request they provided a second duvet cover (I was traveling with my 15-year-old daughter). The bathroom has everything you need, including shampoo. Excellent location in the city center, close to the metro, close to Myeongdong, straight from Gimpo airport. I recommend.

Feel disappointed first night hotel breakout been ask to climb stairs back to room at 10th floor. We do not want as we carry many stuff and very dark, we decided stay at Lobby to wait. They chase us out from hotel say not safe at lobby ask us go back to room or stay at outside. Electricity will resume only after 2am. We have no choice been forced staying at 711 till 2am then able to go back our room. When we back to our room the door are OPEN. The staff told us because no electricity and we not able to access to our room so they open up the door. Do you think is right? Anyway not recommended. Stay at your own risk.
