Sollago Myeongdong Hotel & Residence

Self-check-in, absolutely no service. The hygiene was terrible. Out of four beds, two had blood on the duvets, and one had false eyelashes. We couldn't find anyone to change them. There were no charging outlets by the beds. The entire apartment only had five outlets in total, and while each outlet had two slots, only one could be used when a converter was plugged in. The only convenient thing was the convenience store downstairs, making it easy to get food.

Hygiene: The moment I entered the room and opened the bedside cabinet, I saw a few used tissues, which shows how carelessly the cleaning was done. Service: The entire process (including check-in and check-out) was self-service, so there's not much service to comment on. The room is very small, not even enough space to open a suitcase.

Check-out instructions are posted as a QR code poster in the elevator. The location is good, and it's great value for money. The only downside is that the room doesn't have a chair or a small table, which makes eating a bit inconvenient.

The location is excellent, about a 15-minute walk to Myeongdong, and a 5-minute walk from Chungmuro Exit 8. There's basically no service, it's all self-service. The price was just over 1000 in August, but nothing in the area is cheap. The street downstairs is full of restaurants, though the food was just so-so. Overall, it was okay.

It was great because it was close to the station and there was a convenience store downstairs, along with many other shops!!! The hotel was also clean and amazing!!!

The location is convenient, with a convenience store downstairs. The room cleanliness is acceptable, and most importantly, it's very spacious! The price is reasonable. It's close to the subway station, though the elevators can take a while during peak hours. There are also many dining options downstairs.

Easy check-in, great facilities and environment. It's also conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get around, and close to Myeongdong. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

Facilities: This apartment hotel is quite well-equipped, even with a washing machine and an induction cooktop. Electric toilets are also provided. However, the room size is a bit small. Two suitcases on the floor made the space very cramped. Hygiene: It's at a normal level. I found a used double eyelid sticker in the bathroom from a previous guest. I saw they mentioned that room linen and cleaning services during the stay would be charged, but our room was cleaned for free anyway. Environment: The location is great, right in Myeongdong, making it convenient to go anywhere. There's also a convenience store downstairs. Service: There was a small hiccup during check-in. There's no human service, only self-service check-in via a computer. For some reason, our reservation information wasn't recognized. Ctrip customer service helped for a long time. Eventually, the system inexplicably recognized it.

The hotel was great! It was my first time in Korea, and I booked this hotel through Ctrip. It was clean, hygienic, and had a lovely environment. The service was also very good. It was a wonderful hotel booking experience, and I highly recommend this place.
