■ 機場鐵路轉捷運[忠武路站]7號出口直走第一個路口右轉就找的到了。 ■ 近地鐵3/4號號線，往返中西東南區景點轉乘都很便捷。 ■ 別傻傻去北村人擠人看外國人，步行10分鐘就到南山谷韓屋村，免費入場看得到首爾塔，好拍美照還不用閃人。 ■ 一樓就有GS便利商店＆附近有很多小吃餐飲選擇。 ■ 大廳就有WOWPASS存提款換幣機台超方便。 ■ 外面騎樓有很明確的吸煙區（抽菸者不會尷尬無所適從）。 ■ 室內空間很寬敞/高樓層視野採光都不錯 ■ 床頭有兩個USB充電插座，除非你大隊人馬來拍歷史劇根本不用買轉接頭。 ■ 有微波/電磁爐，對獨旅或不想排隊外帶食物的旅客加熱無虞。 ■ 衛浴有免治馬桶耶！雖然第二天一早沒有熱水，通知櫃檯馬上有人來處理。 ■ 櫃檯人員很NICE，我早上退房後下午有問題他們也很耐心熱心幫忙。 ■ 除非你有酒店品牌執念或不缺錢，這是我下一次再到首爾的首選。 ■ 後悔第三/四晚訂附近別家Home Stay..........

到埗後，發現鏡櫃內有一條別人用過的污糟毛巾，櫃內、其他家電塵埃非常多。因太晚了，到front desk取過乾淨毛巾，職員完全沒有考慮到房間收拾那別人用過的污糟毛巾，那條毛巾在房子一整晚，感覺非常差。 就一座普通公寓，應該只有部分是屬酒店，很有民宿感覺，完全投入當地文化。10樓水壓很差，洗澡就時冷時熱，還弱弱的。 位置很方便，樓下有兩家GS25，後面一整條食肆。
