Having failed to fulfill their obligations to the client to provide a NON-smoking room, they take his money and, under the pretext of "non-refundability "deals" can not be returned at least for 5 nights that I did not spend in this room. But as soon as I checked out, this room again appeared for booking on the site for new "victims", it turns out that for 5 nights they will receive double the price. I am sure - even if a person smokes, he will not want to live in such a room, because for only 1 night spent in it, all the things and the person himself will stink like an ashtray. I am writing with one goal - take care of yourself, this hotel is worse than hell, stay away from it. I would also like to wish the owners of this hotel to do business honestly/decent. They judge the country by you. In other countries, if the service is not provided due to the fault of the providing party, the money is returned, and even with an apology!!
