quite a walk from subway station, but spacious room and bathroom

Very comfortable and the stuffs were kind as well.

Did the owner change? The facility is still old. The card key doesn't work well, and the app key takes a long time. It takes too much effort to get into the room. The furniture in the room is old, and the board under the refrigerator is rotten. This can be fixed easily. The room I was shown had old towels, and the room I was moved to was dusty. Even so, I would not recommend this place, even if you are looking for accommodation in this area. The cost is full, but the staff and facilities are less than half full.

There were no reviews at the time of booking, so I decided to try my luck. First of all, in terms of cleanliness, the bath was really dirty. The building itself was clean, but it didn't seem like the bath was cleaned. I forgot to take a picture of the bath, but there were brown floating objects stuck to it before I got in, so I definitely don't recommend filling it with hot water. However, the room was relatively spacious. Next, regarding the amenities, there were paper cups and drinks other than water, so I think the service was good. If you run out of paper cups, you can find them at the cafe corner on the first basement floor (third photo). They seemed to have a coffee maker, water, chopsticks, etc. relatively well-stocked. There is also a restroom in the cafe corner. I stayed there for three days, but the room was never cleaned, and you have to go to the front desk to get towels. However, there are times when there are no staff at the front desk. Personally, I would have liked soap to be the only amenity. Looking from the desk in the second photo towards the bed in the fourth photo, the wall in front makes it hard to see, and conversely, it's hard to see from the bed, so I liked the atmosphere of personal space. Finally, in terms of access, it was 12-15 minutes from the nearest hotel. I chose this place because I had business in the area, so it was convenient, but I wouldn't recommend it for tourists. However, there were a lot of restaurants nearby, which was nice.

The staff were all very kind and nice. The location is not that great, but I was very satisfied.
