Very spacious rooms, great value, easy ro get transport as there are plenty of buses and the number 1 line to the city center a 5 min walk. Convenient stores close by in all directions

The hotel is wonderful! The location is great, especially if you enjoy walking. There are two nearby stations: Doksan (the closest one, about a 10-minute walk) and Gasan Digital Complex (around a 15-minute walk). There are also many shops near the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff is friendly. There is also a rooftop and a kitchen area where you can relax. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. My husband especially liked that there was a separate table and chair for working. The room was cleaned almost every day. We had a great experience! Seoul is amazing - we hope to come back again soon!

Overall good experience staying here but it’s not really close to famous tourist attractions

The room was very clean and quiet. They even let me check in early, which was great. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if the disposable slippers were replaced daily.

You can check in using the self-service machine. This place is really far from the subway, which is why it's so cheap. It's also a long way from all the attractions. If you're relying on the subway or have a lot of luggage, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's better to pay more and stay in the city center.

The hotel's self-service machine had a Chinese interface, making check-in and check-out very convenient. I just scanned the QR code from my email, and it printed a slip with the room number and passcode for the digital lock. I could then enter my room directly, with no need to interact with staff. The room was clean, and outside the window, I could see Line 1 and the railway to Busan. When the window was closed, the soundproofing was quite good, so passing trains didn't disturb my rest. In terms of public transport, it's located between two Line 1 stations, which is a bit awkward. You need to take a few stops on the green bus to connect, as walking is too far.

The place is quite clean and gets tidied up daily. It's just a bit far from the subway. There's usually only one person at the front desk, so check-in is self-service. I feel like it's not as welcoming as having a human touch. The restaurant on the first floor was closed, which is a shame, it would have been great if it were open. Overall, it's pretty good.

I also have to praise the hotel staff 🥹. On my first day of arrival, I lost my iPhone 7 Plus, which I believe I left on the airport shuttle. We realized it quickly and went to look for it, but it was in vain. We didn't have local SIM cards and weren't very fluent in Korean, so we hoped the front desk staff could help us communicate. The male staff member efficiently helped us contact the airport bus management center, but we were told it hadn't been found. He seemed even more upset than me when he heard it wasn't found 😢, and kept comforting me 🥹. Although it wasn't a very valuable phone, it held some sentimental value, so I was a bit heartbroken. The female staff member spoke very fluent Chinese and also helped us deal with the communication issues with the airport bus station. On the second day after losing it, I suddenly received an iCloud location update showing it was at the airport. Although I felt a bit embarrassed, I asked the female staff member to help contact the airport again. Knowing we would return to the hotel late, she left us a note. After returning to my home country, I immediately left a review on Google Maps, hoping to convey my gratitude to both of them.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and self-check-in was a breeze. While the subway station is a bit of a walk, it's super convenient for getting around the city. You can take Line 1 directly to Hongdae, and there are plenty of CU convenience stores nearby.

I booked a twin room that could sleep three people. The whole check-in process was self-service with a password lock. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center and requires taking the subway. Tushan Station is the closest one, and taxis are quite expensive.

The hotel is great, with nothing to fault regarding cleanliness and environment. Everything else is excellent, apart from its slightly remote location. It's highly recommended if you're attending a concert at Gocheok Sky Dome; you just need to walk a few hundred meters to catch the subway. There's a CU convenience store nearby, and a smoking area downstairs. The hotel outlets don't require an adapter.
