The owner is an incredibly, incredibly, incredibly wonderful person! First, let's talk about the location: It's super easy to find. The bus goes directly to Dongdaemun Park, and you can see the hotel building as soon as you get off. The transportation is so convenient, you could find it with your eyes closed! Whether you speak Korean or not, traveling alone or with a companion, everyone will find it effortlessly! Next, let's talk about the environment: The room is absolutely spotless!!! The owner is a man, but he's incredibly meticulous. The decor is very cozy and warm. Lying in bed, you truly feel a sense of happiness. In Dongdaemun, for this price, the quality of the accommodation speaks for itself. Finally, about the owner: This is my first time writing such a long review on Trip.com, and I'm genuinely touched this time. From the night before I checked in, I added the owner on WeChat. From giving detailed transportation directions (both bus and subway) to the hotel's location, everything was explained perfectly. He sent a map of the hotel's location and videos guiding me with nearby landmarks. The owner works very hard; he's Chinese~ To keep prices low, he doesn't hire staff to clean the rooms; he does it all himself. I came during Christmas, and the owner even gave me a small gift. He's very enthusiastic. Even when I called him late at night for help, he never turned me down π_π This place is truly excellent. I highly, highly recommend it!

This was my first trip to Korea, and I chose this hotel based on its excellent ratings. It’s affordable and ideally situated on the 12th floor of Dongdaemun apm Place. Transportation is a breeze: Subway Lines 2, 4, and 5 are conveniently located on the first floor, and Myeongdong is just two stops away. A nearby convenience store made topping up our Tmoney cards easy. The mall operates from 8 PM to 4 AM, bustling at night and great for late-night shopping. I'm incredibly grateful to the hotel owner. We arrived in Korea at 5 AM, well before the 3 PM check-in, and after an overnight flight, my daughter and I were exhausted. The owner was exceptionally kind, allowing us to check in early and saving us a huge amount of trouble. A big thank you! The room exceeded our expectations and was fully equipped. The washer-dryer combo, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and hairdryer were all incredibly useful. The owner's thoughtfulness truly stood out: not only did they provide appliance instructions, but also power adapters, a makeup mirror, a curling iron, comprehensive toiletries, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and even pots, pans, and dishes. The bathroom even had wet wipes. I must particularly praise the trash can – it was generously sized, accommodating much more waste than typical hotel bins. On our departure day, the owner personally drove us to the subway station entrance. This was incredibly helpful, as many Korean subway stations, unlike those in China, lack elevators, making large luggage difficult to manage. Our trip to Korea concluded perfectly. Having a comfortable and supportive place to stay is crucial when traveling, and I'm so glad we picked this hotel. Meeting such a warm, welcoming, and Chinese-speaking owner made our stay even more memorable.

This guesthouse offers incredible value for money. The host was exceptionally welcoming, providing attentive service with every detail thoughtfully handled. The room itself was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with essentials like a refrigerator and a washing machine. A thoughtful touch was the ample supply of trash cans, complete with liners. The area felt very quiet and safe; we didn't notice any suspicious individuals, which made our stay completely secure and peaceful. Its location is superb, offering convenient public transport links and making it incredibly easy to explore, especially being right next to Dongdaemun! You can get there directly from Exit 10 of Subway Line 2, and for your departure, Airport Bus 6001 is conveniently accessible right downstairs.

The location is excellent, right across the street from Exit 1 of Subway Line 2, which even has a direct elevator to street level. The room was quite spacious and very quiet at night. The host was incredibly nice and accommodating, readily fulfilling almost all our needs. Thank you!
