Worst hotel service ever !
They literally rejected all the request, included emails enquiry prior to arrival ! Hotel itself is an apartment, spacious than the others !
but location is right next to a contraction venue !
I have never stayed in a hotel which rejected all requests!

Location is near green and orange lines - 5-10 mins walk. We booked a 2-bed room suite - comes with 1 double bed and 1 queen size bed. Comfortable for 4 adults. There’s washer dryer oven stove big fridge air dresser in the room. A large seating area and dining table. There’s also a 24 hour e’mart and level 2 of hotel. Overall a very good for value hotel. I paid 180 per night.

They didn’t clean my room
Properly. There was open food from the previous gues in the fridge and shelves. There were crumbles inside the fridge on the counter and sink. I called the reception and someone came and just wiped it off. The room was quite big and very quiet and the location is great.

The location was great, the layout and amenities in the room was suitable for families. We loved the air dresser, washer/ dryer . One big disappointment was that the 2nd bedroom room did not seem to be built as a bedroom, it was very tight, did not have aircon nor does it have a door! We wish this was properly listed here or their official website. Do consider the room type properly.

I think location wise it is maybe not the best in the sense that it is not close to the popular attractions but I liked that the surroundings were relatively quiet. Those attractions were still within walking distance though. The service was great and the appliances available (washer, dryer, kitchen and jacket cleaner) were unexpected but greatly appreciated!

The hotel is newly built and the interior and amenities are equivalent to a five star hotel, the staff were kind to check me in 2 hours earlier than the stated time. For amenities, they provide you with a washing machine and even a clothing styler to sanitise your clothes. The only drawbacks is that the hotel is quite a distance from either subway stations (around 8 minutes walk for an avg adult), however, since I travelled alone, I would often sped up my pace so it’s around 4-5 minutes for me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would definitely love to revisit!!!
