Most terrible hotel experience ever!!! Cockroach everywhere, literally every day can heard different room screaming for this! Walk way also have cockroach. First day I killed 4 in my room! And no people working in the hotel. Customer service took 12 hours to revert back when my room is out of electricity. Imagine you have to stay in a room without electricity whole night! Itโs a nightmare!

The place is nice and practical. There are no staff in the night, though, two Japanese girls got locked out of their room at 2am. I tried to help them by calling the number on the self-check-in as their phones were in their room! But no luck alas. It made me wonder what you'd do if you had a flight to catch. I liked the simplicity of everything else, cheap, clean etc.

stayed here for one night on a layover through ICN. check in was at 2pm, and i got to store my luggage downstairs. however, when i got to my room later at night, it was self service kiosk, and my room was on the other side of the building. i had to walk through a garage/dumpster to get there. additionally there was a cockroach in my room!!! i didnโt find the stay to be comfortable, and the only good thing was that it was one night only

By this price are everything fine.
Many cafes, restaurants just if you walk 500 metres.
Bus station is in front of you, everywhere you want to go - so easy.
Dont expect hotel service style, just normal sleep, bathroom and rest.
