The environment is comfortable and worth going again. The customer service center is friendly. The location is in the city center, close to the subway, about 10 minutes' walk. There are also convenience stores nearby

The bed is very big and comfortable, just like the picture shows. The only drawback is that there is no lighting and the bathroom is a bit anti-tidal. The overall living experience is okay.

I have booked 4 nights of the superior double room. However, the room I got is a standard room instead of the one that I booked and saw in my reservation. I asked the house host on the first night and they refused to give me the correct room and said that it was the mistake of the Agoda platform and that the room description is wrong. The attitude is suepr ride and they kept speaking in Korean with foul language and the male host pushed me out of the counter and said that I cannot stand in there (which they asked me to come in to check the detail in their computer). It is totally a very bad experience and it is totally not appropriate to touch and push me as due to different gender (I am a female and the host is a 40+ male). So I told Agoda to solve this issue but they kept using different CS colleagues to reply my email with different answer. Some of them said that they can refund (I have email record) and some of them didn't know what happened and kept asking me repeating questions. This is really annoying and I have handled this issue for over half of my trip and wasted me lots of time without any solution from Agoda nor the motel. This is not acceptable that either the hotel or Agoda are taking any responsibility. Both of them have charged me a price especially Agoda is charged me the difference of the hotel room, but no service or solution are from Agoda. I really don't know why I need to book via Agoda then as they didn't secured my booking and just having alignment with the hotel. I personally do not recommend to book this hotel or even using the Agoda as they are not helping at all for any issue when it is happening. Besides, the room is super dirty and so many scratches on the wall, broken floor and dusts everywhere. The toilet lights and TV also turn off suddenly at night and a women voice whispering over night. The room totally not clean and have ghost... The location of the hotel is really bad as well as it is surrounded by karaoke rooms and motels. So many needy and drunk men around the hotel and the streets to the hotel is super dark without any street light. Really do not recommend anyone to book this hotel unless you are okay to stay with ghost and bad attitude host.

Everyone should read carefully before booking a room. . The first few pictures of standard rooms are fake. The people at the hotel were also very rude. They kept shirking responsibility and asking us to contact Agoda, saying that it was useless. They also refused to let me add money to upgrade the room. They only said that I could rebook another room. . The photo does not match the actual item, and the cleanliness is very poor. The floor was very dirty, the sheets were stained, there were a lot of hairs on the wash basin and on the countertop. . . I have to wipe it clean with a wet paper towel before touching anything. I don’t dare not wear shoes at all. . The wash basin is in the room and not in the toilet, and there is no mirror which is very inconvenient for brushing teeth and washing face. Outside the room is a back staircase and a pile of debris, which feels very bad. I won’t recommend you and won’t come again. .
