The air conditioner didn't start at all and it looked like we didn't know how to turn it on. Doesn't this setting need to be perfected before the guests arrive? The location was good, and there was a wow exchange machine in the lobby, which was convenient. The room had a USB port and a bathtub, which was nice. We were given one 500ml bottle of water in the room every day. I liked that the refrigerator was large. The TV didn't work on the first night, but I told the front desk and they fixed it while we were out. Even though we were on a high floor, I think it's because I'm Japanese that I was bothered by the dirt on the windows. The elevators sometimes take a while to arrive in the morning, so it's probably best to make sure you have plenty of time. I'm glad I was able to stay at a good hotel at a good price.
