The front desk service was excellent, very enthusiastic, and they even spoke Chinese, making check-in a breeze! The room was spacious, and the facilities were great. Breakfast is à la carte, so you might have a bit of a wait during peak hours. It's really close to Shinsegae and Lotte Department Store! I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

The rooms are clean. However, there is no proper closet to put in the cloths. The rooms are rather spacious if there was not the closet issue. Service is good. In fact, we had an non-standard reservation of two rooms (of different types) spanning 8 nights through 10 different reservation - but the hotel staff efficiently sorted up all the issues, combined the different reservations, and made sure our rooms are adjacent. This was not trivial at all!

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights, and we honestly loved our time at ENA Suite Hotel. The location is super convenient, easy walk to Namdaemun and Myeongdong. There are tons of cafes, eateries, and convenience stores nearby too.
Our room was clean, spacious, and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room washing machine and small kitchenette were a huge plus since we were staying almost a week.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping kept our room spotless every day. We also liked that the area feels quiet at night, even though it’s close to the main shopping spots.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for couples or families visiting Seoul!

Hotel located near Bus Stop and Train station. 15 to 20 minutes of leisure walking distance to Namdaemun market. Around the hotel, it is easily located cafes, restaurants, and convenience shops.

Our 2nd time staying here. We like it for the size of the room, very spacious for a city hotel. The location is also great, metro station nearby, 1.2km walk to Myeongdong shopping area, we could also walk to the Gyeongbokkung palace. Lots of food options nearby too.

The hotel is super close to the subway station, and there's an elevator that goes directly up to street level. If you're coming from the airport, I honestly recommend taking the airport shuttle. The subway involves too many transfers, and lugging luggage up and down stairs would be a real pain! City Hall Station has two subway lines, and Line 2 is the best and most convenient, covering most major attractions. The hotel's cleanliness and service are excellent, and having dining options and convenience stores right downstairs is incredibly convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money!
