조식 관련해서 설명받을때 프론트 직원분이 라스트오더 09:20까지인거 공지해주시지 않으셨는데 09:21분에 가니 식당이 닫혀있더라고요
라스트오더 시간까지 공지해주셨는데 제가 늦은거면 할 말이 없지만 프론트측에서 08:00 ~ 10:00 이렇게만 알려주신거고 앱에서도 라스트오더시간 적혀있지 않아서 투숙객이 확인할 방법이 없다면 환불이나 뭔가 다른 조치를 해주셔야 하는 거 아닌가요?
그냥 사과 한마디로 대충 넘어갈려는게 너무 화나네요
