An absolutely amazing Conrad! The environment and service were both top-notch. The breakfast was plentiful, and the rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit. It's located right above IFC Mall, and it's super convenient to walk to Hyundai Department Store. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

I chose the hotel in Yeouido as my first stop for this trip because I wanted to see the Pompidou exhibition. At first, I thought it was bustling due to a celebrity concert, but then I realized it coincided with Korea's 'Constitution Day,' which explained the slight increase in room rates. The hotel opened in 2012, so it feels quite dated overall, but the service is absolutely top-notch. The coffee on the first floor of the hotel is pretty mediocre; if you're a coffee lover, I'd recommend heading to the basement of the Hyundai Department Store across the street, where you'll find three of Seoul's most popular cafes. The gym is on the 8th floor; the equipment is decent, but nothing extraordinary.

The location is super convenient, really close to the city center. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and they even gave us a little teddy bear, which was a lovely touch! Our room was spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were very polite. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Seoul!

My overall experience at the Conrad Seoul was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located in the heart of Yeouido's business district, with direct underground access to IFC Mall and The Hyundai department store, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping – a one-stop shop for everything you need. The rooms are exceptionally spacious for a Seoul hotel, with a well-designed layout clearly separating the living area (with a sofa) and the workspace. The public facilities are impeccably maintained; the 37th-floor pool is quiet and uncrowded, offering stunning city and river views while you swim. The gym is well-equipped with a great panoramic view. Breakfast offers a wide variety, from authentic Korean local dishes like abalone porridge and bibimbap to Western cuisine. The front desk and room service staff are professional and patient, with seamless English communication, and the turndown service is thoughtful and meticulous. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this is a top choice for luxury accommodation in Seoul.

Great location and the public areas are lovely, but the room facilities are really old. There were no complimentary drinks or snacks, and the lobby check-in area felt more like a budget hotel. The value for money isn't great; it just doesn't feel worth the price.

The hotel's location is decent, offering river views and direct access to IFC downstairs, though IFC itself isn't particularly exciting. The Hyundai department store across the street, however, is quite good. Now, about the hotel itself: first, it's dated, and the amenities are starting to show their age. They don't even provide complimentary water in the rooms; instead, there's a water dispenser, but whether it's regularly cleaned is anyone's guess – I just bought my own bottled water. For such a large hotel, I had to queue for breakfast for 15-30 minutes every single day for three days straight. Checking out was also a long wait. They say Seoul is a hotel value desert, and they're absolutely right. For the same price, it doesn't even compare to Tokyo.

This hotel is popular with Westerners, and the service is decent. However, the doormen aren't always prompt in helping with luggage. The room is incredibly spacious, and the facilities are very new. On the other hand, it seems the staff expect tips. It was annoying to have people constantly knocking on the door to deliver unnecessary items. The view is good, but it's hard to take pictures due to the severe glare from the glass. The toiletries are Byredo, which is a nice touch.
