I always stay here because it's convenient for Gimpo Airport. You just cut through the lobby of the business building in the middle, and you're right at Subway Line 9. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, making life and travel very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness is good.

It’s my 2nd time here. It’s the best for me when it comes to location. I love Gangnam area, there are plethora of shops, cafe and restaurants. Really value for money. I love the japanese style toilets too that has digital bidet.

There's basically no service to speak of. I booked a deluxe room for over 1300 [yuan/currency], and I had to go pick up extra blankets myself. Breakfast was a boxed meal.

My stay was a huge disappointment. There was no bottled water provided in the room at all; I only received two bottles over my three-night stay. What's worse, the hotel showed no consideration for guests who had just had surgery. I merely asked for help bringing my luggage to the lobby, and even the cleaning staff refused to assist. It was incredibly disheartening. On top of that, the room design was inconvenient, with power outlets located far from the bed, making it a hassle to even charge my phone. Overall, both the service and facilities fell far short of expectations. I would absolutely not consider staying here again.
