I always stay here when I go to Korea. The location is great and there is a coin laundry, so I can't stay anywhere else. I really like it.

The location is great!
It's less than a 3-minute walk from Sinnohyeon Station.
It's also close to where you get off the airport limousine bus, so it's convenient to go shopping, drop off your luggage, and then head out!
However, there are no toothbrushes, which is probably a common thing in Korean hotels these days, so you have to prepare your own, and some of the details in the room felt a bit dated!
