There are staff who can speak Japanese, so it's reassuring. They were friendly and helpful.
It's small, but there is a bathtub and a shower curtain, so the toilet and bathroom area never got flooded. I was worried because some reviews said the shower was weak, but it wasn't so weak that it caused me stress.
They changed the bath towels, face towels, and bath mat every day.
Considering the location, facilities, service, and price, I think this is a very good hotel overall.

It is a good alternative to stay here instead of Myeong Dong. You can walk there in 15 minutes and can appreciate the river and Junggo.
The washing machine and dryer at the group floor is Handy but remembered to turn on the dryer power after inserting 3k won.

Location:
main sights are within walking distance, palaces, Namsan park, the steam and others.
Neighbourhood:
24 h shop is next door. A lot of cafes and food stalls. The hotel door leads to A tourist street with souvenirs and it is literally a couple of meters from the entrance :)
4 metro stations are in 10 - 15 min walk from the hotel, there are a lot of bus stops to different destinations. A bus stop to the airport is 10 min walk (limousine bus) , it's very convenient
Service:
Staff are friendly, helpful and polite (what else can one expect from Korea 😊).
Breakfasts:
Don't vary very much but ok to begin the day.
Rooms:
If you're lucky you'll get a street view. My second time room faces the wall. But as I came back to the room only to sleep it was not a big deal.
In general, if I come to Seoul again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel

The location is great, with gourmet coffees nearby. Several people at the front desk can speak Chinese and are patient and considerate. The room is very small and there is no place to put suitcases.

Comfortable and walking distance to couple of subway stations. A lot of foods around. Room size is moderate and have enough space to open suitcase. recommended!
