The location is very good, near the Forest walk in front of Hongdae station, good neighborhood as it’s not the noisy side of Hongdae. However, the owners might not always be present at the house so it’s hard to get help from them if you don’t have a local number to call. We left our luggage at the house on our checkout date and have told them that we would be back at 1pm. However, no one was at home when we went to retrieve our luggages. Just something to be mindful of for future guests.

Conveniently located near the station. The room was also clean. However, I wish they had made it clear that there would be no breakfast and that there would be no exchange of towels. I left the towels outside the room with a note and asked for them to be replaced, but I was only given bath towels and no smaller towels. I was expecting breakfast, but there was nothing available. I never met anyone from the hotel from check-in to check-out. The bed was also hard and narrow. This may be the case in terms of price.

I used it for 3 nights. The staff couple at check-out? I happened to meet you. The people were friendly and helped me carry my carry-on case outside. I would like to use it again when staying in Hongdae.
