Clean and hygienic

I have never been to such a bad hotel in my life. I had turned on a lamp that I didn't want to be cleaned, but they broke in twice without my permission, and when I asked them to bring out something that had been put away without permission, the last time, at 1 a.m., without even ringing the bell, the employee used my credit card. A member of staff came in and was horrified. There was no chain inside the door, so I moved the table in front of the door and slept. The hotel itself is old and in a dirty room that is completely different from the photo. Furthermore, the electricity in the toilet and shower had been turned off, and the next day's lights had to be used. Even though I went in and cleaned it without permission, there was no toilet paper installed. Even though the electricity is on, the refrigerator is not getting cold. The yogurt was fermented and could not be eaten. The towels were also old and dirty with stains. Despite acknowledging the unauthorized entry, there was no formal apology. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the nearest one, and there is nothing good about it, so I don't want to use it again.
