Before check-in in this hotel, the service staff responded quickly and well on Whats APP. After check-in, I found that the room was really small, only the size of two beds and a toilet. When I booked the room, it was written that breakfast was included, but after check-in Only oatmeal and tea bags are placed in the lobby. After eating the oatmeal, they said they would replenish it, but they didn’t refill it later, and the toilet was blocked.
I sent a message to the service staff saying that the toilet was clogged and the cereal needs to be replenished, but there was no reply at all, which was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place

Scam - HOSTEL not a hotel. Had to cancel our travel due to illness and they have kept our money They advertise as a hotel but in fact are a hostel Hardly any reviews online should have been a warning but I didn’t see this when booking and only seen this after Trying to get our money refunded Avoid

I could watch Netflix and YouTube.It's close to the station. It's good for staying overnight without meals.The air conditioner works well.It was disappointing that the remote control of the TV and air conditioner was dirty and that the manufacturers of amenities were not unified."It was a self-check-in, but it was good that the staff dealt with anything I didn't understand right away."Was there a refrigerator?I didn't know how to open it.

Whether this a problem of ********* or the hotel artravel. When one of our member arrived. They said we have no reservation. But received message thru ********* platform that the reservation was confirmed and we given instruction how to check in. At first, they tried to move us to another hotel. Then on the first day they gave us a room. but we were separate into 2 rooms. Never met the owner during my whole stay. But my brother in law was able to get in touch thru text. Bed is too hard. Pillow too soft. Room very small, but expected beforehand. Too bad, because of the checkin experience give me a bad impression.

It's right near the main street of Myeong-dong, so it's close enough to go shopping and leave your luggage. There is an elevator, but there are about 8 stairs to get on, so it's a bit troublesome to carry.
I never saw any staff during my stay.

When I checked in, I received an email explaining various information.
Beds were not made and towels were not changed. (Maybe if I told the staff, they would do it for me)
It was very difficult to take a shower as there was no separation between the shower and toilet.
The room is small and you can hear the toilet noise, so if you don't mind that, you can stay there. Also, the big carrier is so narrow that I can't open it without moving the bed a little. The atmosphere of the room was simple and stylish.
