這間飯店在入住前，服務人員在Whats APP的回覆很快也不錯，入住後發現房間真的很小，只有放兩張床和一個廁所的大小，本來訂房時寫有附早餐，但入住後只有大廳放麥片和茶包，麥片吃完說會補充，後來也沒補充，馬桶也堵塞
有傳訊息跟服務人員說馬桶堵塞和要補充麥片，完全沒有回覆，讓人很失望，不太推薦這間

Scam - HOSTEL not a hotel. Had to cancel our travel due to illness and they have kept our money They advertise as a hotel but in fact are a hostel Hardly any reviews online should have been a warning but I didn’t see this when booking and only seen this after Trying to get our money refunded Avoid

I could watch Netflix and YouTube.It's close to the station. It's good for staying overnight without meals.The air conditioner works well.It was disappointing that the remote control of the TV and air conditioner was dirty and that the manufacturers of amenities were not unified."It was a self-check-in, but it was good that the staff dealt with anything I didn't understand right away."Was there a refrigerator?I didn't know how to open it.

It was in a very good area, surrounded by stores for almost every need. Everything was at a walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Whether this a problem of ********* or the hotel artravel. When one of our member arrived. They said we have no reservation. But received message thru ********* platform that the reservation was confirmed and we given instruction how to check in. At first, they tried to move us to another hotel. Then on the first day they gave us a room. but we were separate into 2 rooms. Never met the owner during my whole stay. But my brother in law was able to get in touch thru text. Bed is too hard. Pillow too soft. Room very small, but expected beforehand. Too bad, because of the checkin experience give me a bad impression.

明洞のメイン通りのすぐ近くなので買い物をして荷物を置きに行ったりできらくらい近いです。エレベーターがあるけど乗るのに8段くらい階段があるのでキャリーがちょっと面倒。
滞在時一度もスタッフを見なかった。
チェックイン、アウトはセルフで
インの時にメールで色々お知らせ説明されました。
ベッドメイキングがなかったのでタオル交換されてない。(スタッフ言えばしてもらえたかも)
シャワーとトイレの仕切りが何もなくてシャワーがとても難しかった。
部屋が小さいのでトイレの音も丸聞こえなので気にしない人となら泊まれます。あとデカいキャリーはベッドを少し移動させないと開かないくらい狭い。部屋の雰囲気だけはシンプルで洒落てた。
