The room is spacious for 3 beds. Location is superb, many nice foods around the hotel. Will be back again.

The hotel does not provide air conditioning because they say it’s currently the autumn season.
That shouldn’t be the case, because there’s only a small little window, and it’s not ventilated enough, making it very stuffy.
Even on a high floor, as I stayed at 23rd Floor, I can still hear the noise from the traffic on the roadside who makes us can’t sleep well.

Location is great!
Room - needs improvement:
1) only provided 1 pillow
2) bad design for socket outlet
3) thermostat difficult to control
4) no rubber mat provided for bathroom-risky for elderly
Breakfast - not recommended at all, due to limited food options, no change in menu, and staff starts to keep food at 9:20, asking guests to vacate at 9:30 am

位置：5分滿分；非常方便，孔德地鐵站旁邊，可以坐地鐵直達機場，但是要在地鐵站裏走相當長一段路。去明洞和弘大這些地方的話，坐旁邊的公交車更方便一些。
設施：3.5分；酒店在寫字樓裏面，本身設施沒有什麼。下樓不遠的地方有711便利店，周邊還有家烤肉店開到凌晨兩點。但確實不如明洞那邊繁華。
房間：4.5分；房間算挺大的，兩個託運行李箱攤開綽綽有餘。衞生間乾濕分離，有頂噴花灑，面積也很大。房間插座自帶轉換器，這點很方便。唯一缺點是床頭有一邊是沒有插座的。

韓國之旅 來之前做攻略好多人推薦這家 索性就直接定了 暗暗的風格很舒適安逸 也不吵鬧 房間有戴森吹風機不用自己帶吹風了很滿意 有中國版電插座好多個 完全不用自己帶 床被也很乾凈 床躺着也舒服 配了有6個左右的衣架很nice 配的客袍也很有特色 也有熨斗 總之挺齊全的 紙巾很輕薄建議出門在外自己帶抽紙比較方便 最滿意的是出門就是地鐵站 真是去哪都方便啊 附近的兄弟烤肉超好吃 很贊 都特別推薦 前台服務也很熱心耐心 需要溝通障礙 也沒有不耐煩

Beautiful room and wonderful location with direct access to the airport. 2nd time staying here and would continue to do so.
Just a little point about the work desk electrical socket, the direction is flipped disallowing many plugs to be used(as seen in my photo). Small detail that does not detract from the wonderful GLAD experience.
