The place is not nice, the rooms and the building are ugly and not well mantenied. Regardless, I had good sleep as it was quiet and centric, but I wouldn’t repeat.

We booked a nice apartment with a kitchen and washing machine, but you couldn't use any of them! Ridiculous.

First of all, it's not the hotel fault but the building just next door is under construction and work started at 7am so so early.
Room had lots of stains and holes everywhere so a little expensive. Looks like they remodeled a motel into a hotel so thanks to the paint it looked clean but there was lots of stains in the bathroom.
Easy to use the amenities as you can get whatever you want from downstairs

The location was really good! A short walk from Sinchon station or Seogang-dae station. The hostel sent an email a few days before my stay and the directions were very helpful. For this price, I think it was a very good value! It was very cold when I was in Seoul (-4°C to 1°C) but the room was always warm with heated floor and heated bed. The room size was just nice for a solo traveller, with a window for natural light. There is no daily cleaning but it's okay as we can collect towels and other amentities freely at the common area.
