酒店日式管理，周圍很多吃的。居住很方便，對面馬路有酒吧 餐廳 咖啡廳，酒店咖啡免費喝

初めての一人旅で利用しました。
蚕室駅から徒歩10分以内、距離は5〜600Mくらいだと思います。
6番出口を出てまっすぐ進み（荷物重い方はエスカレーターがある2番がおすすめ）、オリンピックぽいオブジェのある交差点で左折、そのまま直進すると通り沿いにあります。
（方向音痴でも迷う事なく着きました笑）
滞在中フロントは男性二人で、どちらもとても感じが良かったです。日本語は少ししか話しませんが、パパゴを使いながら身振り手振りで一生懸命伝えて下さいました。
案内された部屋に浴槽がなく、フロントで伺ったら
チェックイン後30分くらい経過していたので最初はしぶられましたが、最終的に変えてくれました。
予約時と違う時はすぐに言った方が良いです！
（浴槽含め大分グレードアップされたので、その辺かなりいい加減なのかもしれません。 変えてもらえたから良い物の、言ったもん勝ちはよくないと思います。）
二人用のお部屋に一人で宿泊、4月下旬の平日で一万円を切りました。ベッドの広さも申し分なく（一人はもちろん二人でも）清潔感もあり、窓もあり、大変良かったです。
虫用のスプレーも置いてありました。
フロント前に予備のタオル等もあり、必要だったらどうぞという感じで至れり尽くせりだと思います。
部屋の無料Wi-Fiは案内がありませんが、部屋番号の物をパスワードなしで使えました。
スマホの充電用コードも充実しています。
日本用コンセントは変換プラグが必要ですが、レンタルWi-Fiに付属されてたので、私は不便しませんでした。
こんなにお得なお値段で大満足でした。
ロッテワールド近辺はお高い宿ばかりなので、強くお勧めします！

酒店十分鐘路程內有2號綫和9號綫地鐵，位置尚算方便，可是房間內燈光很暗，而且酒店有門禁，凌晨一點到六點會鎖門，值班職員也偷偷睡覺，對安全有要求的要再想想要不要訂房。

아이랑 잠실 놀러가면서 묵기에 좋은 위치였어요. 직원분이 굉장히 친절하셨고, 아침 조식도 아이 먹이기에 좋았습니다. 호텔 내부도 깨끗하고 밤에 춥지 않았어요.
