Very clean hotel with great amenities such as swimming pool and jacuzzi. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. 5mins walk to subway, ddp and 10mins walk to gwangjang Market. Bed is very comfortable.

Had a great stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun for 3 days. Hotel location was easily accessible via public transport.
Shopping and food can be found within walking distance.
The only setup back was there was a short circuit on the 1st night when we used the hairdryer but we didn't bother until the next morning. The electrician/technician came immediately when we reported the case.

酒店離市區是有點距離的，不過這間酒店比市區的酒店性價比相對高，附近也有地鐵站，可以坐地鐵去各個景點遊玩，或者下載韓國打車軟件，提前預訂車或立刻叫車，都很方便，尤其一家大小，超過五人以上的這個打車軟件很好用。酒店附近也有很多餐廳，各式各樣的韓國美食都有，衹要你走一走就找到了！酒店前台服務員會説英文，他們熱情周到。我們訂了兩間房，一間大床房，一間雙床房，雙床房一張是大床，一張單人床，可以睡三個人，還有一個露台，房間乾淨舒適，都算比較大，水温也很合適，我們很喜歡酒店的洗髮水和護髮素，用完後，頭髮特別柔順，真想知道是什麼牌子的😄酒店自助早餐食物不算多，但味道還不錯，總的來説，這次入住感到很滿意！

very conveniently located, the bath towels can be not the cleanest at times, but the staff are willing to help change them quickly, one thing to improve is the washroom door and even the room door, they are not smooth at all and elderly or kids may not be able to open or close them easier l

My partner and I stayed at the Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun for 5 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Dennis, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He provided us with a lot of helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area, and his service throughout our stay was exceptional – truly 5-star!
The location is fantastic – just a short walk to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. There are also plenty of convenience stores and cafes nearby, which was super handy. We also appreciated that the airport limousine bus to Incheon Airport stops just a few minutes from the hotel – very convenient for our return trip.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with great amenities and comfortable rooms. It definitely lives up to its 5-star rating.
We highly recommend this hotel to couples, families, or anyone looking for a quality stay in Seoul. We would definitely return in the future!

The airport limousine bus stop is just about right outside the hotel which makes it really convenient. It is also near to myeongdong and the gwangjang market. Hotel room is spacious and service is good. We enjoyed our stay here!

酒店位置很好，周圍地鐵公交車很多，去哪兒都很方便！但如果住這個酒店，有行李箱，強烈建議從12號地鐵口出站，有電梯！千萬不要走7號口，爬樓梯爬到懷疑人生，尤其是還拿着行李箱！
