The room is small and the sheets are not very clean, but the location is very good. It is very close to Seoul Station and Myeongdong. There are many restaurants downstairs. The price/performance ratio is quite high. The front desk can speak simple Chinese.

It was very close to City Hall Station and there were lots of restaurants nearby, so I had no problems staying there!
The hotel also provided water, toothbrushes, and razors.

The location is walking distance to most tourist attractions - if you don't want to walk subway and buses are nearby. I stayed here 3 nights, its a good base to explore seoul, remember this is a budget hotel so don't expect massive rooms its sufficient, no champagne tastes on a beer budget. Bed was comfortable, air-conditioned and shower was good.
How to get here from Incheon airport T1 - purchase a bus ticket for bus 6015, and get off at Namdaemum market don't worry the bus announces locations in English as well. Once you get off its very close, you can use Google maps to help, next door is a chicken and beer restaurant and the corner store is a G25 convenience store for reference.
Hope this helps, note I have zero korean and was able to get everything I wanted so dive in and enjoy the cultural experience.

Good location but the room is very old with wires sticking out all over the room. The toilet is flooded after shower as the water is not drain efficiently from the toilet floor. The toilet bowl plastic cover does not sit well and is slightly displaced.When I booked it, on trip.com , it reflected a 3stars hotel highly recommended by trip.com! I think trip.com is a terrible and dishonest apps which is only interested in the business and making monies without checking the facts or lies about its description. This apps cannot be trusted based on its recommendations.

It was great that it was near the downtown area. The staff were friendly and spoke Japanese, so I was able to ask for advice on travel destinations! I recommend it.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location, otherwise everything is not very good. In the bathroom you can see mold in places, water was constantly appearing around the toilet, apparently something was leaking, there were stains on the wallpaper in the room. The rooms are not cleaned, perhaps this is written in the hotel description, I didn’t notice, but this is very strange for a hotel.

I have never given a bad review, but this hotel is really speechless. We booked a deluxe king-size room with an area of 17 square meters, but we were able to stay in a very small room. There was a very narrow aisle, and then there was the bed. There was only a 90-pound girl like me who could pass through the aisle sideways. There was no way to open the suitcase. I communicated with the front desk several times, and they said that it could not be changed. If you want to change, you have to change to a smaller one. I was speechless. Can there be a smaller room? Go to bed as soon as you enter the door? This is completely inconsistent with the room I booked. I asked why I should spend more money to choose a deluxe room instead of a regular room. The Korean girl at the front desk told me that it would be the same no matter how much I spent. I was really speechless... I will attach pictures, you can see for yourself, there is no place to put things, they are all on the bed

It was close to Seoul Station, so it was very convenient. There were restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble finding something to eat.
There was a staff member who spoke Japanese, which was very helpful. They were also kind enough to ask if I had a conversion plug. I'd like to use their services again if I have the opportunity.
