I stayed here last year and was very satisfied, but this time the experience was very bad! The water in the room was not new. I wanted to drink some water and when I was about to get some, I saw that one of the bottles was obviously not new (I thought it was my friend's at first, but usually you don't leave the water in the same place after drinking it, so I asked my friend and she said she hadn't touched it). I told the front desk about it and they were very perfunctory. They asked us if there was a problem with one or two bottles of water and then gave us two bottles of water. The shower head rack was also very old and loose, and the shower head would spin when placed on it. The hair dryer was covered in dust.
