I was a bit disappointed with this hotel(apartment), the bathroom stinks and filthy. The bedsheet has lots of small hair seems like a pet’s hair. On the first night I wasn’t able to sleep well it’s seems like there were insects biting me. There were no attendants at the front desk who is supposed to be in charge in case there are guests coming in to inquire. You need to call the landline for them to come in. There were no cleaning maintenance everyday,(changing of bedsheets, refelling of toiletries…). The good thing is just a minute- walk from the Sinseol-dong station. There are microwave oven, big fridge, washing machine and kitchen at the 2nd floor.

I usually sleep anywhere, but as soon as I arrived, the shower was broken, there were leftover strawberries in the refrigerator, and it didn't seem to have been cleaned. When I contacted them about the shower, they said they were far away, so they bought a new shower head. I even asked if I needed to change rooms, and they waited. They changed the shower head. I can barely speak Korean, and I'm not even good at English. It was a complete mess. I arrived after 11pm and was just trying to sleep, but it was resolved around 12pm so I could barely sleep. I asked to change my room, but they said I couldn't change it because they didn't clean the room. ㄷㄷㄷ That's just it. I recommend sleeping cheaply. It seemed like many of the guests were Southeast Asian.

It's cheap so it's good for a one-day stay... And because there was no one at the front desk, it took over an hour just to check in. Q: There was a phone number, so I called there and they said they would send someone, but after waiting for almost 30 minutes, I went to a cafe because I had plans, and finally came back and checked in.

I had to wait over an hour just to check in.
The shower temperature was hard to adjust, and the room hadn't been cleaned at all.
The toilet and shower smelled like sewer.
It's a good hotel for people who don't want anything cheap.

I was given a room on the third floor which was dirty and small, and the TV was broken. Because the kids wanted to watch cartoons, I changed to a room on the first floor, which was much cleaner and more comfortable! Good value for money!

Facilities: Free coffee and mineral water
Hygiene: compared to B&Bs, hygiene is pretty good
Environment: The location is very convenient and there is a subway
Service: The other beauties are very enthusiastic and help with takeout orders.
Very cost-effective. Hotels in Korea are too expensive now.
And it’s also very convenient. Take the subway 2 stops directly to Dongdaemun.

The room is too small. If you bring big luggage, you can only put it in the entrance. The room is not cleaned carefully. The counter is not occupied for a long time in the morning and probably at night. But if your budget is limited, this room is a good choice.
