This is my second time staying here. From the airport, I took bus 6015 to Namdaemun Market, crossed an underpass, and there was the hotel. I'm in Korea for five days this trip, and I'm spending one night in Sokcho in the middle. The hotel was able to store my luggage for me, which was very helpful. The food street downstairs is also super convenient for meals. This has definitely become my top choice for hotels in Seoul.

The hygiene was pretty bad. I didn't notice it on the first day, but on the second night, I saw bloodstains on the sheets. I asked for them to be changed, but they said the cleaning staff had already left and that I should put out the 'clean my room' sign in the morning. I did, but they still didn't change them. I couldn't stand it. For around 1600 a night, I got a quality comparable to a domestic three-star hotel.

We arrived around 2:30 PM, expecting to check in right away. After they checked our passports, we sat and waited, but I noticed locals were just grabbing their key cards and heading straight up. We had to wait until past 2:50 PM before they gave us our key cards. When I made the reservation, I specifically requested a high floor, away from the elevator, and quiet... but when we got to the room, we found it was right above the lobby and next to the elevators, completely ignoring my requests. Plus, on our first day, they didn't even provide water in the room. These points really left me dissatisfied. The positives are that they gave us a facial mask and eye mask every day, the room wasn't too small, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very well without any noise. One drawback is that it's quite a distance from Myeongdong for shopping; carrying all our bags back was truly exhausting. Also, the breakfast variety wasn't extensive, just enough to get by.

The environment is great, and it's very convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. The room is spacious; it's the first hotel room I've stayed in Korea that has a bathtub. I just had to borrow a charger adapter from the front desk.
