The rooms are clean. The rooms are located from the 12th to 20th floors, so the views are great. There was a little bit of red mold in the bathroom, but it wasn't too bad.

It was close to City Hall Station, clean, had friendly service in Japanese, the breakfast was delicious, and I found some great restaurants nearby, so I was very satisfied. If you become a member, breakfast is very cheap and it's a great deal.

Great location, just one street away from Namdaemun Market. It's very close to Myeongdong and Seoul Tower on foot. The hotel can borrow adapters and umbrellas for free, and the receptionist at the counter is very friendly. The facilities in the room are complete, the hot water bath is quite comfortable, the hair dryer is very useful, and there are large floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the night view of the city. I will consider staying here next time I come to Seoul🙌🙌🙌

It was close to City Hall Station and there were many shops around, so it wasn't a problem even late at night.
There was a WOWPASS opportunity at the hotel front desk, and the staff were very kind.
There didn't seem to be any toothbrushes as amenities.
