超級生氣既一次經歷 原本覺得有品牌既酒店有保障
點知 係我哋check out後keep行李🧳再番酒店取時 就發生甘意想不到既事😩 我哋回頭拎回行李時 佢哋抽起左叫左經理出來 印左一幅圖 表示我哋整爛左電視液晶體 我哋當日早上有開過電視睇 如果爛左一定會係睇電視既時候睇到 另外我哋假如明知整爛野點會回來再拎行李 要求我哋比四千元賠償費用 我哋當然要議論 用簡單英文溝通多次 有表示會唔會係清潔姐姐既掃把棍整爛等等問左兩次上級 最後我哋唔洗賠償🙏🏻真心覺得大家下次住此酒店check out拍條片 保障自己 🙏🏻

房間2個人夠用，但是床小，前台説沒有雙床房的房間。地理位置很好，地鐵5號出口出來就能看到，去金浦和仁川都很方便。早餐能吃。

地點真的很方便，就在AK Plaza商場樓上，樓下就有CU便利商店，離弘益大學站也很近，晚上不怕無聊因為就在弘大。
房間方面景觀不錯，不過洗澡熱水非常不夠，水量調大一點就變冷水，不過應該只是個案，將就洗一下還可以接受，打掃姨姨態度很好很有笑容禮貌。
整體是很可以的！

弘大のどこに行くのにも便利で立地は最高でした。
車椅子の家族と行ったのですが、エレベータのある出口を探すのが大変でした。
ホテルの入口はAKプラザの1階にあるコンビニの入口を右手に左側にあります。最初はわかりにくかったですが一度わかると便利でした。朝食は軽食程度にいただけます。麺コーナーは自分で作るタイプでフォーがありとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方も良く、全体的にコスパが良いホテルだと思いました。

只有地点优势，酒店房间很少，而且前台非常一般，連续住五晚，想拿个late check out 都话要入會先可以，再者冷氣不足，因不識韓文，叫前台幫忙订位，她都话公司规定不能，不知道为什么？…..

服務不周全，禮貌態度欠佳，每個工作人員像是個樸克臉，除了訂房櫃檯其他的的不及格，早餐吃三天都吃到膩，沒什麼特色
