位於宣陵區，離馬路不遠，全自助服務，沒有人工介入，小單間，雖然簡陋，但是乾淨。有WiFi。下午3點以後才能入住。

駅からも遠くなく、COEXも歩いて行けて周りは夜遅くまでやってるご飯屋さんがたくさんあるので困ることはありません。
短期間の滞在には何も困らないと思います。

提供的服務超過了我的預期，有單獨的洗衣機，微波爐，熱水壺，吹風機甚至碗碟，轉換插頭，茶包和速溶咖啡，洗髮水和沐浴露，一次性拖鞋，肥皂，衣架，沒有牙膏牙刷。
馬桶好像有很多功能，但因為是韓語，不懂怎麼用。
熱水出的比較慢。
隔音稍差，但不影響我睡覺。
入住密碼在我落地韓國不久就發到我郵箱了。
有一點我覺得很有意思，電梯的按鈕，四樓並不是4，而是F，不知道為什麼。

就是網不太好，希望能改進，出門吃飯購物都很方便，離大學很近，很多飯店，選擇也多，靠近大學，吃飯價格不高
