There was no Chinese service at the front desk. I personally didn't like the room number I was given at the beginning, so the front desk changed us to another room number. It's very close to the subway entrance and there are some snacks downstairs. There is a food street opposite the hotel, which has Seoul's famous pig's feet.

We very much enjoyed staying in this hotel. A few bus stops and a station is in a couple-minutes walk from the hotel. A lot of great cafes and restaurants are also within walking distance. It took us around 30 mins by bus to get to the center and all the shopping/night life activities. Very much recommended!

The hotel is only one minute away from Sungshin Women's University Station, which is extremely convenient. There are many restaurants in the surrounding business district. There are 2 bottles of water replenished every day. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. 2 friends visiting Seoul for basically the first time. Prices were sky high in city centre so we chose this which is a few stops away.
Everything's great except for slightly not central enough (Seoul is massive!).
Great English and service attitude , umbrella available in case of rain.
The surrounding area near hotel is underrated. Some Michelin-guide-rated restaurants , probably the best we tried

The hotel is very close to gate 6, Sungshin Women’s Univ subway station. Station. And also close to the direct bus to the airport (~17000W). Clean the room every day. Will stay here next time I come to Korea.
