Anyway, all kinds of noise make people sleep badly. Speaking of service, I booked a corner deluxe room. This corner has two windows with scenery, but you can see the wall next door directly. And this type of room costs more, so the money spent is to see other people's walls, which is a waste. In fact, such a room can be arranged on a higher floor to miss the wall next door, but after living for two days, the front desk still arranged a low floor. I said I wanted to change to a higher floor, which means there is no sound insulation. The sound from the upper floor can be heard clearly. Such a hotel really costs more than a thousand to stay, which will make people very uncomfortable. Because it is not comfortable at all and there is too much noise. By the way, there is no suspended ceiling and it looks like something unknown. The industrial style is not suitable for a hotel like this, so this is probably why there is no sound insulation upstairs.

In May 2024, I went to the COEX building in Gangnam District, South Korea for a meeting and stayed at the Gangnam 9 Hotel in South Korea. We took an early flight on May 12th. As a result, when we went to check out the next morning, he said that the manager would not be able to go to work until 9 o'clock, and he still needed to confirm, and asked us for our email and bank account. I couldn't contact them for the first two days after returning to China, and they didn't send emails. We still asked the tour guide in Korea to call and ask, and the result was that on the third morning, they replied to our email and said that they counted the garbage and did not find the discarded skin care products, so they could not compensate us. They also said that it was stated in the check-in agreement that they would not be responsible for lost items that were mistakenly placed as garbage (obviously a repeat offender). In the end, it could only be left unresolved. ******. It's really a rubbish hotel. Don't stay there. The price is so expensive. When I stayed there, the door lock was still broken. It could be opened directly from the outside. We stayed there for two days before we found out. If we were not used to locking the door from the inside, it would be really scary. . . Notes 1. When you leave the hotel, be sure to put the things you leave in the box, and don't give her any excuse to take them away. (I have a big bag of things, almost catching up with the size of my suitcase. I didn't expect that this bag of things could be lost and stolen from me openly) 2. Call the police directly if things are stolen. Theft in South Korea seems to be quite serious. You will get compensation at the time. Don't believe that you will cooperate with your compensation after you go abroad. (The whole process was basically promoted by us, and they kept delaying the time)

The service staff is very nice and the environment is OK. But the roadside room is really noisy and it is almost impossible to sleep.

First, the rooms are extremely small; second, all rooms face a big road, and the sound of cars can be very noisy at night, and there are no guest rooms facing away from the road; third, the air conditioner is not a central air conditioner and will automatically turn off when the set temperature is reached. , it will automatically turn on after a while, and the sound will be loud and a strong cold wind will suddenly blow when it is turned on. Therefore, if the air conditioner is not turned on, it will be hot. If the air conditioner is turned on, it will be cold and hot for a while, and I will not sleep well all night. The bed is soft, the bedding is clean, and the shampoo and conditioner are very useful. The service is very good. Next to Metro Line 9 and diagonally opposite Coex Road, transportation, shopping and dining are more convenient.
